(my journey)

Foundation

Studied at a pedagogical university and started to teach English. Worked with everyone from kids to adults

Focusing on adult learning

Graduated and launched my own tutoring business through social media. Started to work only with adult learners

True passion

After a couple of years of freelancing I realized that marketing consumed 80% of my time. What truly excited me was designing learning experience

Corporate e-learning

Joined a large company as a Learning Specialist. Immersed myself in adult learning theory, mastered professional tools and was promoted to the team's sole Instructional Designer within 8 months

Ready for a bigger challenge

Reached the limits of existing internal processes and realized I wanted to work on larger, more ambitious educational products

currently looking for a product-minded team where learning is treated as a strategic system that changes behavior and drives business impact

Navigating Savita Vet Line
An interactive sales simulation built as an RPG. Features levels, character selection, and various dialogue choices. Instead of dry theory, reps practice sales frameworks and handle objections across diverse customer personas in a risk-free gaming environment.
A course on ethical product comparison. Built
in just one week. It teaches reps to use expert argumentation rather than aggressive selling or criticizing competitors. Features 3 core rules of professional comparison and 6 dialogue simulations.
A practical product course for the Savita veterinary line. Zero medical fluff, only floor essentials. Built around a "Problem - Consequence - Solution" framework, it helps reps spot symptoms and navigate the range within retail guidelines.

1/ impact
3/ room for initiative

I design for actual skill acquisition, not just "tick-the-box" training
